Kowaku no Toki Celebrates Its 15th Anniversary

Kowaku no Toki, one of the A1C‘s most controversial and hardcore hentai titles, has just celebrated the 15th anniversary of its release.

Origin

The hentai is based on Kowaku no Toki (蠱惑の刻), an eroge by TinkerBell that was released on July 27, 2007.

The A1C company, under its PoRO label, released its first episode on October 28, 2011.This hentai concluded on July 25, 2014 with four animated episodes.

Story

Mibuu Kyousuke is a detective who finds himself lost in the mountains where he dreams of a girl who is involved in an obscene ritual of torture and molestation by deformed old men and a bull. When he finds a house he meets the girl from his dreams (Yukino) and decided he wants to save her. Yukino thanks him for his kindness but begs him to leave since it is dangerous for outsiders. The longer Kyousuke stays at the house the more he finds himself being overtaken by desire. Will he be able to save Yukino and her family from their nightly torture or will he become a victim himself?

Reception

Kowaku no Toki had a good reception in Japan, though nothing out of the ordinary. Abroad, the reception was similar; however, over the years, it gained greater popularity due to its dark and obscene plot.

Despite 15 years having passed since its release, it remains one of the most remembered hentais thanks to the scene where Momono Momoko, the girl with pink hair, is mutilated while being raped.
